Four levels of basement support the building, and the scale is intentionally controlled so that nothing announces itself, yet everything finds its place.

Iconic Developments is the real-estate arm of The Acres Group, an evolution of the erstwhile Apurva Natvar Parikh Group, founded by Natvarlal Chotalal Parikh in 1947.
